Retail Complex Planned for Highland
The developers who purchased a prime commercial real estate lot in Highland at the intersection of 9W and Rt. 299 announced that they plan to construct a retail complex called Highland Square. The complex would included an anchor store and five separate buildings which will feature retail shops, restaurants and offices. The developers are planning to submit plans to the Lloyd planning board in 2008 and hope to complete the project in 2009.
