More Have Home Buying Plans
A report completed by the Siena Research Institute indicates that consumer confidence in New York State improved in November. This report also indicated that more individuals had plans to purchase a home, but less plan making big home improvements.
The market is ideal now for purchasing a home in New Paltz or elsewhere in the Hudson Valley area and this seems like a good sign that people are taking notice. Understandably, current homeowners are hesitant to tap into their equity to do improvements as home equity financing has become increasingly more stringent.
