Offer Details
Buyers must sign an exclusive buyer right-to-represent contract with our agency and complete the purchase using High Ground Realty, LLC during the exclusive representation period in order to be eligible. In addition, co-operating compensation must be offered by the listing broker to High Ground Realty, LLC, which acts as the buyer's broker in the transaction. The policy is granted at the closing of the purchase transaction.
